Denver coach George Karl was innocently sitting outside the Nuggets locker room Saturday evening when Cavaliers General Manager Chris Grant strolled by.
"Make any trades?" Karl called out to Grant, who turned around, and, grinning broadly, announced, "We're open for business as long as you've got picks!"
