The University of Oklahoma's super sophomore Blake Griffin will hold a press conference today at 2:30 p.m. CST to announce whether he'll take his game to the NBA or stay another year at OU.

NBA draft experts project the 2009 NCAA Men's Associated Player of the Year as the overall No. 1 pick for the upcoming NBA draft.

If Griffin decides to stay another year at OU, the Sooners will be the preseason No. 1 team in the nation.

Coach Jeff Capel has signed McDonald's All-Americans Keith "Tiny" Gallon and Tommy Mason-Griffin (no relation to Blake Griffin).  Adding these players, along with the incumbent Willie Warren and Blake Griffin, would place the Sooner Nation on a pedestal as a basketball powerhouse, and not just an elite football program.
