Manchester United will look to build on its already comfortable lead in the English Premier League on Sunday when it hosts Everton in one of the weekend's most anticipated matchups.

Sir Alex Ferguson's Red Devils have been scorching hot as of late, winning six of their last seven Premier League matches to take a nine-point lead over rival Manchester City in the league table through the first 25 matches, with just a third of the season left to play.

With kickoff fast approaching, here we'll get you set with everything you need to know for Manchester United vs. Everton.

Where: Old Trafford, England

When: Sunday, Feb. 10 at 11 a.m. ET

Live Streaming: FOXSoccer2Go

Wayne Rooney Will Score Twice

Wayne Rooney has been playing exceptional football for Ferguson in recent weeks, scoring the club's last three Premier League goals, and netting at least one goal in each of the squad's past three Premier League wins.

That's why fans should be on the lookout for Rooney on Sunday versus Everton. He's peaking right now, and there's a mighty chance he scores once or twice at home this weekend.

Everton Will Be Outmatched

The Toffees got the better of United in the two clubs' season opener last August, winning 1-0 at home to open the 2012-13 campaign on a high note, but that won't be the case this weekend.

United have obviously picked up steam, and are firing on all cylinders at the moment. Therefore, I expect Everton to be outmatched from the opening kickoff, as the Red Devils' immense talent is sure to seize momentum early.

David Moyes' squad is far from a bottom feeder, boasting talent throughout its lineup with Tim Howard in goal and Marouane Fellaini at the striker position. But from top to bottom few teams in Europe can stack up with United, and that's why I believe this match will get away from Everton quickly.

Plus, don't forget that Everton is just 4-6-2 in the Premier League away from Goodison Park this season.

United Will Cruise to Victory

The Red Devils have won nine consecutive Premier League matches at home this season and promise to run their streak to 10 straight on Sunday against Everton.

It's been nearly five months since United lost a Premier League match at Old Trafford, where it is 11-0-1 overall this season. Ferguson's club clearly wants to impress in front of its supporters, and there's no reason why it won't again this weekend.

Prediction: Manchester United 3, Everton 1
