After one season as director of player development, Phillip Daniels is no longer with the Washington Redskins, two people with knowledge of the situation said. Daniels, who played for Washington from 2004 to 2010, rejoined the team last season and served as a mentor to players and also worked to help players continue their education if they had left school early.
