WASHINGTON — When the Nets’ C. J. Watson fumbled his dribble near midcourt early in the second quarter, the play seemed harmless enough. After all, turnovers happen in basketball games. Watson could only watch as the Wizards’ John Wall raced the other way for a two-handed dunk.
