Swagger. It is a word that has been thrown around a lot lately, whether it be in a rap song or coming out of a SportsCenter anchor's mouth.

Swagger describes a person's attitude or demeanor. It is how someone carries themselves.

Swagger is a good thing. Especially in sports. A player's swagger does not go unnoticed and can often take them to another level as an athlete.

Now, let's look at the athletes with the most swagger.

5. Dustin Pedroia

ST PETERSBURG, FL - OCTOBER 18: Dustin Pedroia #15 of the Boston Red Sox celebrates after defeating the Tampa Bay Rays in game six of the American League Championship Series during the 2008 MLB playoffs on October 18, 2008 at Tropicana Field in St Peters

This guy is listed at 5' 8", but he carries himself on the field as if he were 6' 8".

The way he swings the bat, plays defense, and runs the bases amazes many people.

He plays the game the right way. He plays balls out every day.

4. Alexander Ovechkin

He is the only reason, outside of Sydney Crosby, to watch hockey before the playoffs roll around.

He is a great playmaker, but not only does he make plays, he also lays the wood.

He plays as if he were Ray Lewis on skates.

3. Ray Lewis

Speaking of Ray Lewis...

Is anyone more intimidating in sports than Ray Lewis? I doubt it.

This guy looks like he wants to break anyone with the ball in half.

The way he carries himself alone changes the complexion of any game he plays.

2. Kobe Bryant

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ - MARCH 27: Kobe Bryant #24 of the Los Angeles Lakers looks on against the New Jersey Nets during the game on March 27, 2009 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. NOTE TO USER: User expressly acknowledges and agrees that,

He has a swagger unlike any other player in basketball.

The look in his eye in the fourth quarter says it all. He knows he can take over any game, at any given time.

This guy is the best player in the NBA, and he knows it.

1.Tiger Woods

If Kobe knows that he is untouchable in his sport, one can only imagine how Tiger feels.

He expects to win every time he tees-off.

Just seeing him wearing that Sunday red fires me up.

It is hard to think of anyone who has dominated their sport as much as Tiger has dominated golf.

These are my top five athletes with swagger. Feel free to comment or debate about anyone that you feel has incredible swagger.

I hope everyone enjoys the slideshow.
