Chatting it up with reporters last week before his Baltimore Ravens went on to win Super Bowl 2013, Destrehan native Ed Reed made New Orleans fans across the region smile when he discussed his affinity for the area.
Those collective smiles may have grown even wider when Reed, an eight-time All-Pro free safety, said he was a childhood fan of the Saints and that, "I'm black and gold forever."
