The 2013 Texas football recruiting class spoke volumes.

That’s a good thing, because Mack Brown said very little. At least about a lot of subjects foremost on Longhorns fans’ minds, which may be everything but recruiting, considering the small class.

Oh, he talked glowingly of Chevoski Collins’ versatility as a high school quarterback, wide receiver, cornerback and safety at Livingston, and said Irving lineman Rami Hammad’s physical makeup reminds him of former nasty-in-the-trenches Kasey Studdard.
