Fred Jackson is not attending this year's optional conditioning program and reports say that he is unhappy with his current contract offers.

Jackson is said to be looking for a multi-year deal and pay increase after last season's performance.  He is considered an exclusive rights free agent and cannot sign with any other team this season.

With the current situation involving Marshawn Lynch it seems the Bills will have to give in to Fred's demands or risk going into the season without a legitimate running back for the length of Lynch's suspension.
