IRC Tundo Wins Safari Rally!

Carl Tundo driving a Mitsubishi Evolution has won the Safari Rally, confirming his top pace on home soil. Alistair Cavenagh, also in a Mitsubishi Evolution finished in second by just 11 seconds. Another Kenyan, Lee Rose, came in third after an extraordinary run on the final day. With three Mitsubishis in the top three, the Japanese manufacturer records a maximum score in the IRC constructors’ standings as the main name competitors passed on this event
