NEW YORK – Think J.T. Miller is hell-bent on sticking around? The 19-year-old rookie made a strong case for himself Thursday with a tremendous game in his Madison Square Garden debut, igniting the crowd with a goal on his first shift and notching a second in the middle frame to help lead the Rangers to a 4-1 win against the Islanders.
