Rutgers coach Kyle Flood is leaning toward promoting from within to replace defensive coordinator Robb Smith -- who left today to become the linebackers coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- and is zeroing in on former Kansas State head coach Ron Prince as his new offensive coordinator, according to someone familiar with the potential coaching staff changes.
