Detroit Tigers' Farm System Ranks Near Bottom of MLB, Says Analyst

The Detroit Tigers have used their farm system liberally over the past few seasons in order to try to win the club's first World Series since 1984. Not a bad strategy, as even ESPN.com's Keith Law notes, but it doesn't help the Tigers in his annual rankings.
