There were no UFC pay-per-view events during the calendar month of January, but that doesn't mean we didn't get a few good performances here and there. In reality, there were plenty of notable performances to be found, and I had a much more difficult time picking out the top five than I thought I would.

But I managed, and the video you see above is the result of my hard work and determination. Without any further ado, I present to you my top five fighting performances from January 2012 in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
