Cardinals coach Bruce Arians met new Cardinals offensive coordinator Harold Goodwin six years ago this spring and knew after a week or two that Goodwin would be more than just a good offensive line coach.
Both were with the Steelers, Arians as offensive coordinator and Goodwin as an offensive assistant who broke down video and help coached linemen.
