The No. 1 team in college basketball has fallen once again.

Tom Crean's Indiana Hoosiers failed a road test against a struggling Illinois team, as the Illini closed on a 15-3 run to win the game, 74-72.

After trailing by 12 at the half, John Groce's crew came out firing, and went on to win the game behind Brandon Paul and D.J. Richardson, who scored 21 and 23 points, respectively.

Indiana lost as the No. 1 team for the third time this season, and we will have a new No. 1 on Monday after Indiana lost in the Game of the Year.

Final Score: Illinois 74, Indiana 72

Game MVP: D.J. Richardson (23 points, three steals, eight of final 12 points, steal on Indiana's last possession)
