There was word going around that Tyler Bruggman, a consensus 4-star recruit and the No. 22 ranked quarterback in the nation, might flip on his commitment and stay at home to play for hometown Arizona State. But after much hand wringing by the Cougar faithful, Bruggman finally has faxed in his letter of intent to Washington State on National Signing Day 2013.
