'It Kills Me:' Rasheed Desperate to Return to Knicks Lineup

WASHINGTON – Rasheed Wallace said Wednesday he’s “anxious’’ to make his return after the All-Star Break, saying his prolonged absence with a sore left foot is “killing me.’’
Knicks coach Mike Woodson said even more definitively at this morning's shootaround at Verizon Center that Wallace will return to practice immediately after the All-Star Break and wouldn’t rule him out for their first game vs. the Pacers on Feb. 20. That contest is one day before the trading deadline. The Knicks have two practices before the Pacers’ game but Woodson said he may cancel Monday’s session.
