NEWARK, N.J. -- David Clarkson scored twice and set up New Jersey's other goal, and Patrik Elias matched his career best with three assists to lead the Devils to a 3-1 victory over the New York Rangers on Tuesday night in their first meeting since last spring's Eastern Conference finals.
