Rutgers football will receive a letter of intent to play for the Scarlet Knights from Jonathon Dayton High School standout Anthony Cioffi.
A quarterback, defensive back and kickoff returner for the Bulldogs, the four-year varsity letter winner will put his signature to paper at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, inside a second-floor conference room at the school.
