Dwight Howard has had a hard season with the Los Angeles Lakers, as he returns from his offseason back surgery. In the following video, NBA365 talked his most recent shoulder injury and how he is protecting the shelf life of his career.

Howard ruled himself out for Tuesday's game against the Brooklyn Nets, and said he was "not in any rush" to return. He bristled when a reporter brought up his "toughness."
