The University of Kentucky received a coveted commitment Tuesday afternoon when Franklin County High School speedster Ryan Timmons announced he will sign with the Wildcats.
Timmons became the 21st commitment to Kentucky’s 2013 football recruiting class with national signing day coming up on Wednesday.
