The Rays formally announced today that elite prospect Wil Myers, the slugging outfielder acquired in trade from Kansas City, will be invited to major-league camp, along with a half dozen other players from their minor-league system: 1B/OF Leslie Anderson, INF Cole Figueroa, RHPs Matt Nevarez and Jim Paduch, LHPs Jim Patterson and Neil Schenk.
