Linebacker Thomas Howard was the Bengals representative during Saturday’s Taste of the NFL event at the New Orleans Convention Center and was having a good time. Between posing for pictures, signing autographs and sampling the different dishes, Howard said he is happy with the progress from a torn ACL
“The knee is doing absolutely fabulous. We’re right on pace and I’ll be back strong next year,” Howard said.
