The 2012 season has come and gone, but NFL teams are already preparing for next year. Some teams have a lot of work to do this offseason to make sure they can compete for Super Bowl XLVIII.

Boomer Esiason and Phil Simms from Behind the Mic on Bleacher Report took some time to let everyone know which teams need to have an impressive draft in order to be a threat in the 2013 NFL season.

The Green Bay Packers, New Orleans Saints and New York Giants all have vaunted offenses that can score in bunches, but they will need some young blood on defense to take their teams to the next level.

The New York Jets were fighting an uphill battle all season thanks to some devastating injuries.  What can they do in April's upcoming draft to make sure that doesn't happen again?

Baltimore took home the Lombardi Trophy following Super Bowl XLVII, but the Behind the Mic crew thinks the Ravens will have to have a great draft if they want to make it back to the big game.
