It’d be impossible to start this recap with anything other than Tim Duncan’s injury. Duncan went down in the second quarter with a left knee injury that the team described as a left knee sprain. He picked up a right ankle sprain as well. It came on a defensive play where Martell Webster went down and rolled up on the back of Duncan’s legs, much like offensive lineman in football get rolled up on.
