Devils coach Pete DeBoer went into tonight thinking he would ease center Adam Henrique back into the lineup by playing him on the fourth line.

By the end of tonight’s 5-4 overtime loss to the Islanders, however, DeBoer had shifted Henrique to left wing on the top line and he had played 14:19.
