Not sure what's happening with the dude dousing himself with milk, but Pepsi NEXT seems to have some amazing powers in this crazy Super Bowl commercial.
There is one surefire way to get people's attention during a Super Bowl: Scream at the top of your lungs that the burgers are done and they are sitting by the freshly tapped keg.
Other than that, you have to just cross your fingers and wear bright clothing to hope you are noticed.
For commercials unable to control the volume of the TV, they are forced to cram a whole bunch of crazy on the screen and hope it sticks.
We present the Pepsi NEXT Super Bowl commercial.
Let me say that I am guilty of giggling at this commercial. Now, I am a man of simple tastes and even simpler ideas of what constitutes humor.
I have no clue why there was some kid pouring milk on his head, and I find the thought of it happening to be one of the silliest things I have ever seen.
And I saw Jets games this year.
Still, I laughed and then slapped myself in the face afterward for such foolishness. Perhaps you will laugh at this moment or at the father shouting, forcing the kid to tremble with fear, only to have dad proclaim his incredulity of Pepsi NEXT having 60 percent less sugar.
This commercial may not win any Super Bowl awards, but it will be impossible to ignore on Super Sunday.
Let's all head to Twitter for the after party.
