The NFL season culminates with the Super Bowl at the end of each pro football season, but that doesn't really mean that the season is over. Even as Super Sunday winds down, we'll have the combine, the NFL Draft, OTAs and a grueling preseason schedule.
It never ends.
Do the players competing for their jobs in these events realize how difficult it is to cover all of this?
If one thinks that the NFL players have it rough, imagine how the men and women that cover the NFL must feel. Oh, goodness! Watching nine whole hours of football on Sunday! What about watching on Monday night? Or, Thursday night?
It never ends! But do the NFL's players today truly appreciate that?
Watch what happens when the Baltimore Ravens interviewed me to get my takes on being an NFL writer and all that such an arduous profession entails. Sure, being a sportswriter looks easy, but there's a lot more to it.
Check out my interview here and leave your remarks of adulation or scorn in the comments. Don't forget you can also follow me on Twitter @JoshZerkle.
As always, thanks for watching.
