SAN ANTONIO – The NBA announced today that Spurs second-year forward Kawhi Leonard has been named as one of the 18 players selected to participate in the 2013 BBVA Rising Stars Challenge to be held on Friday, Feb. 15, in Houston during NBA All-Star 2013.
