Marshall Henderson's story is becoming the most interesting one in college basketball this season.

The polarizing 22-year-old Ole Miss guard had a new portion of his unstable past made public Wednesday night. USA Today reported, after filing a Freedom of Information request with a Texas District Attorney's office, that Henderson was not given probation for a short jail term last winter because he was caught testing positiving for two illegal substances: pot and coke.
