Jim or John Harbaugh: Who Has the Coaching Edge in Super Bowl XLVII?

Aaron Nagler@Aaron_NaglerNFL National Lead WriterJanuary 31, 2013

Jim and John Harbaugh are brothers. Have you heard?

While the big story leading up to the Super Bowl has been the Harbowl, not as much is being made about the actual coaching jobs these guys have done getting the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens to Super Bowl XLVII.

And that's a shame, because both of them pulled the trigger on some big-time risky decisions.

Jim stuck with second-year quarterback Colin Kaepernick when his injured starter, Alex Smith, was ready to return. John, meanwhile, fired offensive coordinator Cam Cameron in the middle of the 2012 season.

Both of those decisions obviously paid off in a big way.

In the video above, Matt Miller, Josh Zerkle and I give our takes on who has the advantage in this epic battle between brothers. Let us know in the comments below where you agree or disagree, and give us your take on the coaching matchup in Super Bowl XLVII.
