EUGENE — The Ducks are a team in transition. And that's exactly what coach Dana Altman wants. Even without injured point guard Dominic Artis, Oregon managed to keep its up-tempo transition up to speed in Saturday's victory over Washington, outscoring the Huskies 10-2 in fast-break points en route to its ninth consecutive win.
