While there are WWE Superstars who are looking at a steady decline during the road to WrestleMania 29, there are a few huge names that have used the 2013 Royal Rumble as a platform to launch themselves towards further success.

Stars like John Cena, The Rock and Antonio Cesaro all clinched their place in history with a victory at the Rumble, and more triumph is ahead on the road to WrestleMania.

All of the following stars are heading into the WWE’s most important stretch, and each is expected to help carry the company.

These superstars will just keep winning!

Antonio Cesaro

The WWE has booked United States champion Antonio Cesaro so strong since the Swiss star won the title, and a victory over The Miz on the Royal Rumble YouTube Pre-Show proves the company is behind this young star 100 percent.

The U.S champion’s feud with The Miz is far from over, and the battle may eventually culminate with the former WWE champion going over for the US title at or after WrestleMania, but Cesaro will be booked strongly throughout the next two months.

With all eyes on the WWE product right now, Cesaro has been put in an amazing position to not only show how talented he is in the ring, but prove to management that he is championship material on the biggest stage of them all.

The Rock

It was 10 years since the last time The Rock held a world title in the WWE, and on Sunday at the Royal Rumble, the veteran wrestler and actor brought the journey full circle and won the WWE Championship once again.

It was truly one of the most memorable moments in recent wrestling history.

While ending CM Punk’s 434-day title reign got The Rock some heat, the fact that one of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time has returned to the company and captured the most prestigious title in the company is a huge coup.

Now that The Rock is champion, there is no way he will lose the title until it’s time to leave the company once again after WrestleMania 29.

The Rock may lose at this year’s WrestleMania, but he will win every match and look incredibly strong throughout his time as WWE champion.

John Cena

John Cena will be the first to admit that 2012 was one of the worst years in his career, and that fall from glory won’t last long for the face of the company.

With a win in the 30-man Royal Rumble match, it’s clear that the WWE has set the stage for Cena to fight The Rock for the WWE Championship and return to prominence by taking the title at WrestleMania 29.

Like it or not; Cena versus Rock II is happening.

The WWE knows that Cena will be heading back to the main event of WrestleMania again, so the company will likely build him to look unbeatable for the next two months leading up to what should be the crowning moment of his career.

Cena beating The Rock at WrestleMania would be huge.
