Danny Graham speaks about his transfer from Swansea to Sunderland to Sky Sports:
As soon as I heard about the interest from Sunderland
I didn't even have to consider any of the other options that were on the table.
I was born and brought up in the north east so I know first-hand the intense passion that people have for their football in this part of the world—it's special and there's nowhere else like it.
It's been a crazy day so far on transfer deadline day. Signings all over Europe are taking place, but one league that's finished for the month is the Bundesliga.
Their incoming deadline finished three hours ago, but they can sell players for a further three and a half.
Diminutive Argentine attacking midfielder Diego Buonanotte, formerly of River Plate, has transferred from Málaga to Granada for just €2.5m.

Jack Butland development:
Sky Sports are suggesting Stoke have bid £4 million for Butland, offered to send him back on loan for six months and send two more of their own as well. Ryan Shotton is one name, the other is unknown.
Additionally, Peter Crouch has been seen leaving the Stoke training ground—destination unknown.
