COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Evan Turner got it as a junior.
"His sophomore year, I can remember saying, 'If he ever puts it all together, he's going to be a great player,'" Ohio State coach Thad Matta said.
Mike Conley got it as a freshman. "His first game, you said, 'Dang, he gets it,'" Matta said. "Everybody is just a little bit different."
