The Houston Rockets (24-22) haven't scored over 100 points on the road since Jan. 5, which is important to consider when making your pro basketball picks on Monday night, as they travel to take on the Utah Jazz (24-20) at EnergySolutions Arena.

Sports bettors will find that the Rockets are four-point road underdogs in the NBA betting odds (courtesy of SBR Forum), while the total stands at 208 in the market.

Let's take a closer look at this Western Conference affair from a betting perspective, while offering up a prediction on the total along the way.

The Houston Rockets have won three of four since suffering a season-high seven-game losing streak. Their recent run of good luck includes a 119-106 victory over the Brooklyn Nets as four-point home favorites on Saturday night.

Sports bettors will find that the Rockets are 3-3 against the spread as road underdogs of 3.5 to six points this season.

Utah Jazz

The Utah Jazz have compiled a 15-4 overall record when playing at EnergySolutions Arena this season, which includes a 114-110 overtime victory over the Indiana Pacers as two-point home favorites on Saturday.

Sports bettors will find that the Jazz are 3-1 against the spread as home favorites of 3.5 to six points this year, while the under is 3-1 in that situation.

Prediction

I'm going to recommend that readers play the total as one of their pro basketball predictions on Monday night, as the under is 5-2 in the last seven meetings between the Houston Rockets and Utah Jazz when playing in Salt Lake City.

NBA Pick: Under 208
