Cody Zeller: Offensive Woes Continue, Yet Indiana Survives

When the Indiana Hoosiers came into the season ranked the best team in the country, most believed they would be carried by Player of the Year candidate Cody Zeller. But the Hoosiers have shown they can win even if the 7’0” sophomore is having a slump.
In last Wednesday’s game against Penn State, Zeller didn’t hit a single field goal, yet Indiana still won 72-49. On Sunday Zeller continued to struggle on the offensive end, but the Hoosiers were still able to overcome the tremendous three-point shooting by No. 13 Michigan State, winning 75-70. Zeller had nine points, shooting 2-7 from the floor.
