I am a firm believer that Sharks have what it takes to win the Stanley Cup.  They have the best starting offense in the NHL.  Joe Thornton, Jonathan Chichi, and Patrick Marleau all great players.

With 51 wins they are leading the NHL and leading the NHL and with 113pts.  They are 27pts ahead of the next team in their division and three points above the Bruins who are the second best team in the NHL.

A stunning 31-7 at home makes me believe that with home ice advantage they will play the Bruins for the Stanley Cup.  With Patrick Marleau, the third highest scorer in the league I don't know who can stop them.

One team they need to watch is rivals Detroit Red Wings.  The Sharks though have two more wins and six more points than them.
