Struggling to grab rebounds and failing to play defense is a combination that rarely leads to victory. K-State learned that lesson during a 73-67 loss to Iowa State on Saturday at Hilton Coliseum. Even with the Wildcats making 50.9 percent of their shots and leading at halftime, they couldn’t overcome getting out-rebounded and allowing 18 second-chance points.
