LEXINGTON, KY. — In case anyone had forgotten that University of Kentucky freshman Alex Poythress is a former McDonald's All-American — which would be forgivable given his recent play — he strode into Saturday's postgame interview session wearing a T-shirt that served as a reminder. But his first career double-double and clutch play late against LSU, both of which helped deliver the Wildcats from defeat, did an even better job of that.
