Minnesota Vikings Mock Draft, Updated Through First Five Rounds
In this piece, I will attempt to figure out how the Minnesota Vikings should use their first five draft picks later this month.
Round 1, WR Percy Harvin: The Vikings have a deep threat in Bernard Berrian and now they need a good slot receiver. Percy Harvin is my pick.
Round 2, CB DJ Moore: The Vikings have two good CBs, but the better one, Antwan Winfield, is getting too old. Moore should be good here.
Round 3, C Antoine Caldwell: With Matt Birk leaving to Baltimore, the Vikings cant count on Ryan Cook to be at center, and that's why I have Caldwell here.
Round 4 traded to the Texans for QB Sage Rosenfels
Round 5, OT Jason Watkins: The Vikings need a new young offensive line. Ryan Cook is not that good. Watkins would be a great pick.
