Next season, the Green Bay Packers will face two read-option quarterbacks in the regular season in Colin Kaepernick of the San Francisco 49ers and Robert Griffin III of Washington. All four teams that ran the read option this year — the others are Seattle (Russell Wilson) and Carolina (Cam Newton) — are in the NFC and potential playoff opponents for the Packers as well.
