CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Browns haven't decided whether to re-sign soon-to-be free agents Phil Dawson and Josh Cribbs, who are representing the Browns in the Pro Bowl on Sunday, but team owner Jimmy Haslam had high praise for both players at the Greater Cleveland Sports Awards on Thursday night.
