Doug Martin Named Interim Head Coach of NM State Football

LAS CRUCES, N.M. - New Mexico State Athletics Director Dr. McKinley Boston announced Thursday afternoon that offensive coordinator Doug Martin has been named interim head coach of the NM State football team, following the departure of DeWayne Walker to the NFL. He is in his second stint with the Aggies. Martin is also no stranger to the head coaching ranks, as he served as the Kent State head coach from 2004-10.
