The Chicago White Sox regained pitcher Zach Stewart from Pittsburgh on a waiver claim Thursday. Stewart, whom the Sox originally acquired from Toronto with reliever Jason Frasor in a trade involving pitcher Edwin Jackson and infielder Mark Teahen on July 27, 2011, was a combined 1-4 with an 8.58 ERA in 20 games last season with the Sox and Boston.
