In recruiting parlance, Lancaster four-star defensive end Daeshon Hall is a “soft verbal.” What that means is that Hall is still committed to Washington – where he switched his pledge in June after de-committing from Texas – but is still entertaining other options. Hall took a visit to College Station last week to visit Texas A&M, his fourth official visit. Its one of a few big-name programs that are calling on the 6-6, 230-pound Hall – No. 18 on the SportsDayHS area recruiting rankings – in the last few weeks. After losing several pledges from its small class, Oregon has even entered the fray. TCU is still in the mix.
