Boston's sports talk radio station WEEI, as well as ESPN, report that goaltender Tim Thomas and the Boston Bruins have agreed to a three-year contract extension.

"John Buccigross and Matt Barnaby reported on ESPN SportsCenter that the Bruins will call a press conference this weekend to announce an agreement on an extension with goalie Tim Thomas.
