The Rockies have avoided arbitration with infielder Jonathan Herrera, Troy Renck of the Denver Post reports (on Twitter). The Johnny Campbell client will earn a 2013 salary of $900K, the exact midpoint of Herrera's $1MM submission and the Rockies' $800K offer. The Rockies still have unresolved arb cases with Jhoulys Chacin and Dexter Fowler.
