CONCORD, N.C. -- One of the most successful owners in motor sports, Chip Ganassi also has shown a proclivity for having one of the fastest trigger fingers on personnel changes.

But after a winless season in which both his Sprint Cup drivers finished outside the top 20 in points for the second consecutive year, Ganassi has left the teams of Jamie McMurray and Juan Pablo Montoya completely intact.
